We seek an experienced and innovative .NET Developer to lead the development of high-performance enterprise applications. This role requires a deep understanding of .NET technologies and a passion for mentoring junior developers and optimizing solutions. By architecting scalable backend systems, we help modernize operations and accelerate growth in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

We lead the design, development, and deployment of complex .NET applications using .NET Core and cloud platforms. We collaborate with Product and DevOps teams to align development with business goals while guiding junior developers through code reviews and enforced standards. We identify performance bottlenecks and recommend innovative solutions to ensure our digital products stay competitive by adopting the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

We require a specialist to architect scalable systems using .NET Core and Azure. You will lead the design and deployment of complex applications while collaborating with DevOps teams to align development with business goals. By identifying performance bottlenecks and recommending solutions, you help organizations modernize operations and stay competitive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. You will guide and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce high coding standards. By staying updated with industry trends, you will propose the adoption of new technologies to ensure our digital solutions remain secure, scalable, and tailored to unique challenges.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Web API development.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Micro-services, SQL Server, and front-end frameworks like Angular or React.
  • Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerization, and Azure or AWS.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to lead complex projects and optimize systems.
  • Leadership: Collaborative mentor able to work with cross-functional teams and enforce coding standards.
