Senior Python Developer
We are seeking a strategic and innovative python developer to join our dynamic team at Cplus Soft and contribute to our global projects.
Project Work Format:
- Remote work is an option (if you prefer, arrangements can be made for office work).
- Project details will be documented in Confluence.
- Tasks will be managed and assigned through Jira.
Main Tasks:
- Write efficient and scalable Python code to ensure high-quality software solutions.
- Design and implement functional requirements and robust application features.
- Build back-end components and integrate third-party web services.
- Support front-end developers by connecting user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Debug applications to ensure low latency and high availability.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design concepts into functional code.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and share knowledge across the team.
- Oversee the testing of software and ensure all bugs are resolved effectively.
- Supervise and mentor junior developers to enhance their technical skills.
What We Expect From Candidate:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Senior Python Developer with a strong portfolio of work.
- Expertise in Python frameworks such as Django and CherryPy.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Solid understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jinja 2 and Mako.
- Proficiency in using ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries.
Will Be a Plus Point
- System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or related network fields.
- Inspiring leadership qualities to guide and motivate team members effectively.
