Business Analyst
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Cplus Soft and contribute to our global projects.
Project Work Format:
- Remote work is an option (if you prefer, arrangements can be made for office work).
- Project details will be documented in Confluence.
- Tasks will be managed and assigned through Jira.
Main Tasks:
- Explore various business domains and identify the needs of incoming leads.
- Work closely with sales, engineering, and customers to create scope lists for estimation.
- Help potential clients understand their requirements and prioritize implementation strategies.
- Break down project scope into manageable development phases with the team and customers.
- Partner with clients and project teams to prioritize goals, clarify requirements, and define project scopes as needed.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation such as V&S, SRSs, BRDs, and other necessary materials, including user flows, use cases, and user stories tailored to the chosen project methodology.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure all requirements are communicated and understood without ambiguity.
What We Expect From Candidate:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) at C1/C2 level.
- Expertise in managing both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Hands-on experience with the complete requirements lifecycle, including elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation.
- A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Skilled in using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
